Getting 5-10 hours back

I have ALWAYS wanted to flip houses. I put together a plan with how to find homes that would make the most money, contractor that I’d use, etc but my partner said that getting it off the ground is tough but I’m up for the challenge. I’m going to have him listen to your very informative podcast. Another great one. I WILL make it happen 🙃
